The starting point
A "yacht ride" can cost €60 or €6,000, and no one explains why
In Tenerife the word yacht is used for everything. With the same label they sell you a place on a two-hundred-person excursion catamaran, a seven-meter speed boat, a cruising sailboat and a motor superyacht with a permanent crew. The photo on the website is usually the last one and what you reserve is usually the first.
The result is that you arrive at the dock without really knowing what you have hired. And if what you were looking for was something special—an anniversary, a low-key celebration, impressing a client—the difference between those four options is everything.
We prefer to say it upfront: we don't have motor superyachts. What we have are high-end sailboats and catamarans, and for a private tour that's probably a better deal than it seems.
The proposal
The six largest boats in the fleet, for your group only
The yacht tour around Tenerife is done aboard the high-end of our fleet: two Jeanneau Yacht 54, one Oceanis 51.1, a Sun Odyssey 519 and the catamarans Lagoon 43 and 46. Boats from 46 to 55 feet, with five cabins and three bathrooms for sailboats, and four cabins with four bathrooms for catamarans.
They all come with a professional skipper included, so you don't need a qualification. In several of them there is also the option of hostess on board, who takes care of the service and meals, and we coordinate catering and transfers from the airport if necessary.
The departure is private: your group and the crew, no one else. And you decide the route — the southwest coast, the cetacean strip, the cliffs of Los Gigantes or simply a quiet anchorage with the table set.

Real space
Five cabins and three bathrooms on sailboats from 51 to 55 feet; four and four in the Lagoon. Even if it is a day trip, the space completely changes how you are on board with ten people.

Skipper and hostess option
The skipper is included. On the Jeanneau Yacht 54, the Sun Odyssey 490 and the Sun Odyssey 440 you can add a hostess, who takes care of the service on board and meals.

You can bring what you want or ask us to set it up. We also coordinate airport transfers and reservations at restaurants accessible by sea.

Le Grand is from 2024, Totufo from 2023 and the Lagoon 43 from 2025. We work directly with Jeanneau, Bénéteau and Lagoon and the fleet is continually renewed.

No one else on board. No public address system, no photographer selling the souvenir, no next shift. For a private celebration or an outing with clients it is the main difference.

Own fleet, not a marketplace. The boat you reserve is maintained, inspected and delivered by us. We do not put you in contact with an unknown owner and we move away.
The check-in is done by a sailor. Not an administrator with a signature sheet: someone who knows the anchorages of the island, the accelerations of the channels and at what time it is convenient to cross.
Support throughout the charter. Our technical team is contactable for the days that your rental lasts. If something arises on board, we solve it without you wasting the week.

50% blocks the reservation and the remaining 50% is paid four weeks before boarding. Until that first payment there is no commitment of any kind.

Check-in at Marina del Sur or Marina Santa Cruz with a briefing from a team navigator: the boat, the area, the part and the anchorages. No rush.

What type of yacht is it exactly?
High-end cruising sailboats and catamarans, from 46 to 55 feet: Jeanneau Yacht 54, Oceanis 51.1, Sun Odyssey 519 and the Lagoon 43 and 46 catamarans.
We say this clearly because in this market the word is used for all: we do not have motor superyachts with permanent crew. If that is what you are looking for, we will tell you upfront instead of wasting your time.
Is the skipper included?
Yes, in all activity outings the professional skipper is included. You do not need a nautical license of any kind.
In a weekly charter the skipper is hired separately (€1,500/week on a sailboat, €1,800 on a catamaran, plus meals), because there are clients with a title who prefer to take it themselves.
Can hostess or service on board be hired?
Yes, on several boats: the Jeanneau Yacht 54 (Joulukka), the Sun Odyssey 490 (Little Mia) and the Sun Odyssey 440 (Majadero) accept hostesses in addition to the skipper.
We also coordinate catering, airport transfers and reservations at restaurants accessible by sea. Tell us what level of service you are looking for.
How many people can fit?
Sailboats from 51 to 55 feet carry 10 people in 5 cabins; the Sun Odyssey 490 reaches 11. The Lagoon catamarans accept 8 and 9 in 4 cabins with 4 bathrooms.
For day trips without overnight stays, the capacity may be somewhat greater on some boats. Tell us the exact number when consulting.
How long does it last and how much does it cost?
From three hours to a full day of six to eight. The price depends on the boat available, the duration and the date, so we do not publish a fixed rate: it does not cost the same on a Tuesday in January as on a Saturday during Easter.
The skipper is included and there is no intermediary commission. Write to us with the date and group and we will give you a closed quote.
Is it private or shared?
Exclusively private. Your group and the crew get on board, no one else.
It is the difference with the departures that leave from Puerto Colón or Los Cristianos, where a large boat is shared with dozens or hundreds of people and with closed hours.
What routes can be done?
The southwest coast with anchoring and swimming, the cetacean strip of Teno-Rasca or the cliffs of Los Gigantes, which require a full day.
With more than one day, the crossing to La Gomera. You decide the route and the skipper adjusts it to the part.
How far in advance do you have to book?
For the high range, as soon as possible: there are six boats and the weeks of Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter and the long weekends in February are booked months in advance.
