The approach is turnkey: you tell us the format (meeting, teambuilding, presentation, corporate party, hospitality) and the number of people, and we coordinate everything — suitable boats, skippers, corporate catering (from a careful aperitif to a tasting menu with chef), AV material if presentation is needed, professional photographer, videographer, personalized gift on board. Premium yacht (Lagoon 46 or Jeanneau Yacht 54), full day or half day, catered lunch on board, exclusive environment for serious conversation without interruptions. Cost: ~250€/p in day format. Premium service with professional discretion.

How many people can fit?

On a single boat: up to 12 pax (Balearic regulations). In coordinated fleet: up to 80+ pax. Typical cases: board meeting 8-12 pax on single yacht; team building 20-50 pax in a flotilla of 2-5 boats; large corporate event 50-80+ pax in a fleet of 4-6 boats. For groups of 100+ people we value a different format (large event charter boat), write to us.

What teambuilding activities can be done?

The most popular: friendly regatta between crews (each boat a team, marked route, symbolic prize for the winner), coordinated navigation with joint maneuvers, games in cove (SUP tests, water competitions, treasure hunts adapted to the marine environment), shared experience simple (same setting, natural conversation). Coordinable with specialized monitors if you want a more structured format.

Can a corporate presentation be made on board?

Yes, for small groups (5-15 pax). We coordinate portable screen + projector + speakers in the main cabin of the yacht (Jeanneau Yacht 54 or Lagoon 46 are the most suitable for space). Rentable AV material. For a more formal presentation to a larger group, we have an anchored format with presentation on deck + dinner afterwards. Give 2-3 weeks notice to prepare well.

How much does a corporate event cost?

Board meeting (10 people, day with lunch included): ~€2,500 total (~€250/p). Teambuilding (30 pax, full day, 3 boats in flotilla, lunch): ~€10,500 total (~€350/p). Large event (60 pax, 5 boat flotilla, coordinated dinner): consult — between €25,000 and €40,000 depending on boats and catering. Logistics coordination included in all cases.

What exactly does turnkey coordination include?

Reservation of boats and skippers, coordination of catering with a professional caterer, prior briefing with the company's event manager, weather contingency plan (alternative if bad weather, at no additional cost), logistical confirmations with all suppliers, supervision on the day of the event (an ECC coordinator present). We deliver only the result to you — you do not do logistics.

Can you stay overnight for a multi-day retreat?

Yes, for corporate retreats of 2-7 days, we rent the boats on a weekly basis with an overnight stay on board. Management team navigates the Balearic Islands (Cabrera, Sa Dragonera, Sóller, Pollença), spending the night in a different cove each night. More detail in rent per week. Ideal for senior management retreats or small teams with a premium budget.

How far in advance do you have to reserve?

For small groups (8-12 pax) in May, June, September, October: 4-6 weeks. For large groups (30-80 pax) in a fleet: 8-12 weeks minimum, ideally 4-6 months for July-August. For choreographic dates (end of the year, specific week of international event, fairs), 4-6 months. Write us soon to check availability — we will provisionally block you with later confirmation.
