He boat rental for one day in Mallorca (also called day charter) is our shortest mode. Departures of four hours, half a day or full day, always with professional pattern included. Designed for those who have a specific day, a specific celebration or simply want to taste the experience of a sailboat before considering an entire week.
We organize it all year, not only in low season: Our goal is to promote day charter as a main product, not only as a gap between weekly charters. The standard fleet operation is weekly Saturday to Saturday, but we manage full days at any time. The only difference is the reservation method: in high season it is always by form or WhatsApp (not through the real-time booking website), because we have to check ship by ship if it is free on the specific day.
Typical formats are thematic experiences: sunset walks, farewells on boat, dinners on board either company events. The boat is always hired with professional pattern — We do not do one-day bareboat due to the complexity of check-in/check-out. If what you need is a whole week, look rent per week; If you want to see the entire fleet, it's on the rental hub in Mallorca.

Indicative prices
How much does it cost to rent a boat for a day in Mallorca
Prices depend a lot on the boat, season and duration. These are the usual ranges — we confirm the exact figure when consulting specific dates.
Included in the price: use of the boat, professional skipper, fuel for the route, safety equipment. Not included: catering, drinks, moorings in other ports.
Availability: best in May, June, September and October. In July and August, boats are booked by weeks — availability of days is very limited.

What we get asked most about renting for a day
Can I rent a boat for a day in July or August?
Yes, we also do day charters in the middle of the season. — is one of the products we are actively promoting, not something reserved for the downside. The difference is the route: in high season do not book online, write to us by WhatsApp or the form and we check boat by boat if your date is free.
If the boat you are interested in is already rented for that week, we cannot do day charters with it — but we will suggest another one from the fleet or guide you towards themed experiences (sunsets, dinners, goodbyes) that are managed with more flexibility.
Do I need a license for the day charter?
No. All our day charters go with professional pattern included. We will not ask you for a nautical qualification, resume or previous experience. You go as a passenger and enjoy. If you wanted to run the boat yourself, it would have to be on a weekly basis — see bareboat rental.
How much does a one-day sailing trip cost?
The indicative price of an 8-seater sailboat with skipper is: €600 for sunset departure (3–4h), €850 half day (5h), €1,300 full day (8h). Add additional fuel if the route is very long, catering if you hire it and possible moorings in other ports if you anchor outside of the day.
Catamarans are significantly more expensive: a full day on Lagoon 43 (Ky Dong) or Lagoon 46 (Machango) starts at around €2,200.
Can I hire catering for the departure?
Yes, we offer optional catering service with three levels: appetizer (canapés and drinks, ~€25/person), lunch on board (3 courses, ~€55/person) or gastronomic dinner (chef on board, tasting menu, from €90/person). We manage it with trusted local caterers with cooking experience on board.
What routes can be done in one day from Palma?
In a full day (8h) from La Lonja you can visit several coves in the south and west of Mallorca: Cala Mago, Portals Vells, Es Trenc, Cala Pi, Cala Marmols. For more distant destinations like Cabrera or the north (Sóller, Sa Calobra), a one-day trip is not enough — they are destinations for weekly charters.
How many people can fit on a one-day outing?
It depends on the boat. small sailboats (Cotufa, Tizón): up to 6–8 people for a comfortable outing. Medium sailboats (Akilina, Tomeu, Majadero): up to 8–10. large sailboats (Joulukka, Le Grand, Tefiti, Little Mia): up to 10–12 people on day charter (more than your overnight capacity). Catamarans: up to 12 people on day charter.

Do I need to book well in advance?
For May, June, September and October, with 2-3 weeks advance is enough. For July and August, we already talked about 2-3 months and even then there may be no gap. For thematic experiences (farewells, sunsets) the recommended advance notice is 4-6 weeks in high season.
