The three most popular formats — from intimate gatherings of 8-12 people to large flotilla events of 80+. Each with a customized boat and catering.

2-5 boats sailing together, optionally with a friendly race between crews. Full day with lunch in a cove. Naturally mixes teams — those who would never have spoken in the office do so on board. ~€350/person for a group of 30.

For small corporate presentations (5-15 people), we can arrange for a portable screen and projector in the yacht's main cabin. This is suitable for product launches, Q4 closing meetings, and management training. Please book in advance.

We work with professional caterers experienced in corporate events in Mallorca. Our options range from a carefully prepared aperitif (~€30/person) to a tasting menu with wine pairings (from €90/person, up to €180/person for premium wines). We can accommodate allergies and preferences.

You don't have to worry about logistics—we coordinate boats, skippers, catering, AV, photography/video, port transfers if needed, and personalized onboard gifts. HR or Marketing focuses on the content; ECC handles the execution.

How much does a corporate event on a boat cost?
Boats + skippers + fuel + corporate catering. Coordination included.
Including: Use of boats, professional skippers, safety equipment, fuel, complete logistical coordination, corporate invoice with VAT. Not included: catering (depends on the formula), AV equipment (please inquire), professional photography/video (~€400-1,500), transfers from hotel to port. Better advance notice: 4-8 weeks for large groups in high season.

How many people can it hold?
On a single boat: up to 12 people (Balearic regulations). In a coordinated flotilla: up to 80+ people. Typical cases: board meeting 8-12 pax on a single yacht; teambuilding 20-50 pax in a flotilla of 2-5 boats; large corporate event 50-80+ pax in a flotilla of 4-6 boats. For groups of 100+ pax we consider a different format (large event charter boat), please contact us.
What teambuilding activities can be done?
The most popular: friendly regatta between crews (each boat a team, marked course, symbolic prize for the winner), coordinated navigation with joint maneuvers, games in the cove (SUP trials, water competitions, treasure hunt adapted to the marine environment), shared experience Simple (same setting, natural conversation). Can be coordinated with specialized monitors if you want a more structured format.
Is it possible to give a corporate presentation on board?
Yes, for small groups (5-15 people). We coordinate a portable screen, projector, and speakers in the main cabin of the yacht (Jeanneau Yacht 54 or Lagoon 46 are the most suitable due to space). AV equipment is available for rent. For a more formal presentation to a larger group, we offer an anchored format with a presentation on deck followed by dinner. Please give us 2-3 weeks' notice to allow for proper preparation.
How much does a corporate event cost?
Board meeting (10 people, day with lunch included): ~€2,500 total (~€250/person). Teambuilding (30 people, full day, 3 boats in a flotilla, lunch): ~€10,500 total (~€350/person). Large event (60 people, flotilla of 5 boats, coordinated dinner): Please inquire — between €25,000 and €40,000 depending on the boats and catering. Logistical coordination included in all cases.
What exactly does turnkey coordination include?
Boat and skipper bookings, catering coordination with a professional caterer, pre-event briefing with the company's event manager, weather contingency plan (alternative in case of bad weather, at no extra cost), logistical confirmations with all suppliers, and on-site supervision (with an ECC coordinator present). We deliver only the result—you don't handle the logistics.
Is it possible to stay overnight for a multi-day retreat?
Yes, for corporate retreats of 2-7 days, we charter boats on a weekly basis with overnight stays on board. The management team sails around the Balearic Islands (Cabrera, Sa Dragonera, Sóller, Pollença), staying in a different cove each night. More details at weekly rental. Ideal for senior management retreats or small teams with a premium budget.
How far in advance do I need to book?
For small groups (8-12 pax) in May, June, September, October: 4-6 weeks. For large groups (30-80 pax) in a flotilla: 8-12 weeks minimum, Ideally, 4-6 months for July-August. For choreographic dates (end of year, specific week of international event, trade fairs), 4-6 months. Write to us soon to check availability — we'll temporarily hold you with later confirmation.
