He Sunset boat trip in Mallorca It is, without a doubt, the best value for money option among all the island's maritime offerings. Three to four hours (not a full day), departing from La Lonja Marina at sunset. You'll see the sunset from the sea (the only place where it truly shines), enjoy an aperitif or cava on board, and optionally stop for a swim in a cove. You return to the port at nightfall. It depends on the month: May ~21:00, June ~21:20, July ~21:15, August ~20:45, September ~20:00, October ~19:15, November-March 17:00-18:30. We leave the port 1.5-2 hours before the estimated sunset to reach the area and enjoy 30-40 minutes of the key moment.
How much does a sunset outing cost?

How long does it last?
3-4 hours This is the standard format. For example, in July: departure 7:00 PM, 30-minute sail towards the west, aperitif and sunset 8:30-9:30 PM, slow return cruise 9:45-10:30 PM. In September, with an earlier sunset (8:00 PM), departure 5:30-6:00 PM, return 9:00 PM. Dinner on land afterwards is possible.
Does it include catering or drinks?
Standard: onboard ice cooler and complimentary water. Appetizer + cava Packages available: ~€25/person (charcuterie and cheese boards, nuts, fruit, cava or wine). Is it a good plan for couples or for groups?
For both. For couples, A small, intimate sailboat is perfect (see romantic stroll). For festive groups of 6-12, catamaran or large sailboat with aperitif, sunset drink, late return — see boat party & boat parties. It also works well for families with children — the kids fall asleep after a while, but at least they get to see the sunset.
Can it be combined with dinner afterwards?
Yes, two options: (1) Sunset boat trip until 10:30 pm + dinner at a restaurant in Palma afterwards (recommended), (2) Extend the trip to 4-5 hours with a carefully prepared dinner on board (look dinner on a boat (with catering details). The first option is more social, the second more intimate.
What happens if it's cloudy or if the forecast changes?
Mallorca occasionally experiences cloudy sunsets, but most of the time from May to October the sky is clear. If the forecast turns bad (rain, strong winds, rough seas), we'll call you 24 hours in advance to reschedule—at no extra cost, we'll move to another date. If there are light clouds on the day of the sunset, the trip will usually still go ahead (sometimes a sunset with clouds is even more beautiful).
