A Farewell boat trip in Mallorca It's probably the most solid format for a stag/hen party—it surpasses beach clubs, restaurant dinners, and hotel parties in almost every objective criterion. Your own exclusive space (you don't share the boat with strangers), music and drinks you bring (no nightclub prices), a swim stop in a cove (something no land-based venue can offer), and the overall feeling of privilege that comes with being at sea under the Mallorcan sun.

At ECC you have 15 ships available between sailboats & catamarans. For groups of 6-8 people, a half-day sailboat with a skipper (~€850, ~€110/person) is the most balanced option. For groups of 10-12, the Lagoon 43 or Lagoon 46 catamaran offers more space and stability without heeling—ideal if half the group isn't experienced boaters. The motorized Lagoon 43 catamaran is especially recommended for groups that value speed.

The skipper is professional, discreet, and knows exactly what his role is on a stag/hen party: he steers the boat, suggests the cove, ensures safety—and gives you your space. The season runs from May to October, with peak demand in June, July, and August: for Saturdays during those months, it's best to book 4-6 weeks in advance. Why by boat?

Why a boat trip beats any other option

Whether it's the beach club, the restaurant, the hotel party, or the ski weekend — the arguments are pure mathematics.

🔒

Exclusive space

You don't share the boat with strangers. It's your group, your area, your conversations. The difference compared to a beach club or restaurant where the next table can hear everything is enormous.

🎵

Your music and drinks

Bring your Spotify playlist and any drinks you like (no club prices, no time restrictions). The boat has a cooler. You can play music—at a reasonable volume, not like a mega-concert.

🏖️

Bathing stop at cove

The skipper anchors in a cove (Cala Mago, Portals Vells, El Toro) and you go ashore. Something no beach club, restaurant, or nightclub can offer. It's what makes a boat trip a truly unique memory.

📸

Guaranteed content

The photos taken on a boat are the most shared afterward. Sunset, turquoise water, a group on deck, a toast. If the bride/groom wants a powerful visual memento, the boat provides it.

👨‍✈️

Discreet pattern

The patterns ECC has experience with bachelor/bachelorette parties. They operate the boat, maintain safety, and give you your space. They don't participate in or interfere with the party—their role is to sail.

💶

It costs less than it seems

Half-day sailing trip with skipper: €850 ÷ 8 people = €110/person. Probably less than the dinner + drinks + nightclub entry for a stag/hen party on land. And the experience is clearly superior.

Preguntas frecuentes

The most frequently asked questions about boat parties

How many people can it hold?

Small sailboats (Cotufa, Tizón): 6-8 people. Medium sailboats (Akilina, Tomeu, Majadero, Katalina): 8-10. Large sailboats (Joulukka, Le Grand, Tefiti, Tasmanian Demon, Little Mia): 10-12. Catamarans (Ky Dong, Machango): 9-10. For groups of 14+, we recommend booking two boats in a flotilla. Balearic regulations allow up to 12 people on day charters of any vessel with the appropriate certification.

How much does it cost per person?

Half-day sailing trip with a group of 8: ~€110/person. Full day sailing trip with a group of 8: ~€165/person. Half-day catamaran trip with a group of 9: ~€170/person. Catamaran day trip with a group of 10: ~€220/person. If you add catering (~€25-55/person) and drinks (~€20/person), the average stag/hen party costs around €150-250/person. Comparable to or cheaper than an expensive dinner and drinks at a nightclub.

Can we bring our own drinks and food?

Yes, absolutely. The boat has a large cooler with ice. The most common option: you bring beer, wine, soft drinks, and snacks (ham, cheese, fruit). If you prefer to delegate, we can arrange catering from €25/person (appetizers) to €55/person (lunch on board). There are no baggage fees or restrictions.

Can I play the music at full volume?

Music is fine, but not at full blast. There are noise regulations at sea, especially when anchored near other boats in a cove—the skipper will keep the volume reasonable. For a more festive experience with powerful sound, check out boat party where we discuss in detail DJ on board and specific options.

Is a nautical qualification required?

No. All goodbyes go with patrón profesional incluido. You are passengers; the skipper provides the qualifications and the responsibility for navigation. You focus on the party; he focuses on the boat.

Are there any restrictions (nudity, games, etc.)?

The usual rules for any boat: respect for the boat's equipment (don't break things, don't stain furniture, don't smoke below deck), respect for the skipper, be careful with alcohol near the gunwale, and use common sense. The skipper may ask you to reduce reckless behavior (dangerous jumps, etc.) for safety reasons. Otherwise, it's your party.

How far in advance do I need to book?

For Saturdays in June, July and August: 4-6 weeks in advance, Minimum. It's the most popular time of year. For weekdays or for May, early June, September, and October: 2-3 weeks is usually enough. If you want a specific boat (catamaran, luxury yacht), book further in advance. Write to us. WhatsApp with date and group.
