Luxury yacht trips around Mallorca ECC's premium fleet

Exclusive departures aboard the Lagoon 46 catamaran or the Jeanneau Yacht 54 sailboats — the fleet's premium line. Professional skipper included, catering available, personalized route through Mallorca's most exclusive coves.

✓ 3 premium yachts ✓ Patrón profesional incluido ✓ Optional catering / chef ✓ Customized routes

When we at ECC talk about Luxury yacht in Mallorca, It's not a marketing label—it's a specific line in the fleet: the catamaran Lagoon 46 (Machango) and the two sailboats Jeanneau Yacht 54 (Joulukka and Totufo). Three premium boats with high-end finishes, air conditioning, generator, flybridge in the case of the catamaran, and suites with en-suite bathrooms in the case of the Jeanneau Yachts. The premium line within the 15 ships of our own fleet.

A day trip on any of these three yachts is a whole different ballgame compared to a conventional day charter. The difference is noticeable in the space (40 m² of deck with no heel on the catamaran; three navigable cockpits on the Jeanneau Yacht 54), in the interior finishes (wood, leather sofas, glass instead of plastic), and in the overall feeling of privacy and exclusivity. We depart from The Fish Market, Palma, with professional skipper included — none of these boats are rented without a skipper.

The most in-demand format is the sunset on a yacht with an aperitif or light dinner (4-5 hours, ~€1,400), followed by a full day with swimming stops, lunch on board, and return to port at sunset (8 hours, ~€2,500). If the plan is intimate dinner in a cove, a romantic outing or a corporate event, The premium fleet is the natural choice.

What to expect

What makes a luxury ride a luxury ride

It's not just a beautiful boat—it's the combination of vessel, service, route, and discretion. This is what sets a premium cruise apart from a standard cruise.

Preguntas frecuentes

The most frequently asked questions about luxury yacht trips

Which yachts does ECC consider luxury?

Three specific ships from the fleet: Machango (Lagoon 46) — 14m catamaran with fly bridge, 4 cabins and 4 bathrooms; Joulukka (Jeanneau Yacht 54) — 16.6m sailboat with 5 cabins and owner's suite; Totufo (Jeanneau Yacht 54) — the 2023 version of the same model. All three have AC, a generator, and premium finishes. The rest of the fleet are excellent boats but don't qualify as premium.

How much does a full-day luxury yacht trip cost?

Full day (8h) with professional skipper included: from €2,500. For 8-10 people, it costs around €250-310 per person—substantially more than a standard sailboat (€1,300/day) but with a level of boat and service in a different league. If you combine it with chef catering (~€90 per person), the total is around €350-400 per person for a complete experience.

How many people can fit on a luxury yacht?

Day charter: up to 10 people on the Jeanneau Yacht 54, up to 8 on the Lagoon 46 (8-person capacity). Overnight stays: 5 cabins (10 people) on the Jeanneau Yacht 54, 4 cabins (8 people) on the Lagoon 46. For groups of 12+, we offer two yachts in a flotilla—please contact us.

Is it possible to hire a chef and catering service on board?

Yes, we coordinate that. We work with chefs and catering companies in Palma—from a carefully curated aperitif (champagne and local produce, ~€30-40/person) to a private chef's tasting menu on board (from €90/person, up to €200/person for the premium option). The kitchens on all three yachts are equipped for onboard service. More details at dinner on a boat.

What kind of events are these yachts used for?

The three most common patterns: intimate celebrations (anniversaries, marriage proposals, see romantic stroll), discreet corporate travel (management meetings, customer hospitality, see) corporate events), and premium weekly charters (family or group of friends sailing for 7 days around the Balearic Islands with premium service).

Do you need a boating license to rent one of these yachts?

No, because all three are chartered with a professional skipper included. The client is a passenger. If you have a valid nautical qualification (Yacht Skipper, Yachtmaster, or international equivalent) and would like to charter a Jeanneau Yacht 54 without a skipper, we consider specific cases with a nautical CV, but by default they are chartered with a skipper. If you are looking for a bareboat charter, see the fleet without a pattern with other sailboats in the fleet.

When is the best time to book?

For July and August (high demand), we recommend booking 4-8 weeks in advance—all three premium yachts book quickly. For May, June, September, and October, 2-4 weeks is usually sufficient. For a specific departure on a full moon date, special sunset, or marked weekend, it's best to book in advance. WhatsApp Tell us your date and we'll check availability.
